How far in advance should we book with Professional Teambuilding?
We have been known to save the day and produce events for hundreds of guests with less than 24 hours notice.
That said, planning well in advance is much better and can save some costs that are incurred with last minute planning.
The larger the event, the more lead time that should be allocated.
Events for under 100 guests are usually booked a month or two in advance or more.
For 100-500 guests we suggest a little more advance planning but a few months is common.
For 300-5000 guests, we often save the date upwards of 4-6 months in advance or more.
Larger events or small events with executives or sales teams typically require our most senior leaders and most expert trainers as well as our most seasoned senior staff. These leaders often book dates six months or more in advance.
On the flip side, the sooner you have your event, the sooner you have the benefits of the event and the skills your team will take back to work.
So even if it's a few weeks (or even days) away, call us and we will make it happen.
How do we decide on the best activity for our team?
Choosing an activity is actually not as simple as it might at first seem.

What is the typical budget of a quality event or activity?
The short answer is, there is no typical budget.
Every event should be designed to achieve your specific goals and outcomes.
That said, event rates can vary greatly based on the following factors:

We can customize events for budgets large and small.
Your goals and outcomes desired will determine which leaders and staff are selected for your event. Some activities require high staff ratios while some can be done with lean staffs. Some require senior staff and others can be staffed by junior leaders and assistants. Some events require lots of materials. Some require few.
The larger the event, the lower the per person budget. The larger the event, the more quality and contents you get for the same per person budget because you are sharing the cost of leaders and expertise and all of the fixed costs across more people.

How much time should we allocate for an effective event?
Events vary from an hour for a short program to several days for a comprehensive training.
The most popular event lengths is 2.5 - 5 hours with many in the 3 hour range.
Strategic planning and sales or senior team offsite events are often 1 to 3 days depending on goals.
Your goals, logistics and budget often determine how long your program will be.
What size teams does Professional Teambuilding work with?
We work with teams of all sizes.
* typical extremely large event is between 1200 and 5000 participants
* typical large event is between 300 and 1200 participants
* typical mid-sized event is between 100 and 300 participants
* we provide programs to teams of 20 to 100 participants regularly.
* some of our most intensive programs are small teams of 5-20 participants
(including executive teams and sales teams)
* we also provide a variety of programs on a 1-on-1 basis including executive coaching
